My story

Most people dislike salespeople because it's hard to build trust with a stranger. This is what makes me different when it comes to the UX world. The number of people I encountered had taught me to look at things from different perspectives. I learned to listen and understand each of my clients' needs before providing options that suit best to their situation.

This is exactly what I do when it comes to design. Never rush into the solutions. I believe in the process. Everyone can find solutions when the problem is given. However, without defining and understand the problem thoroughly, you won't provide a good experience for the users. My experience had taught me to pick up the problem quickly and learn to look at the problem from many perspectives. I love working with teams to include all opinions to create a better user experience. Because I believe everyone has different experiences and each experience count!
